I like this post today by Tim Ferriss of the '4 hour work week' fame.
I've only fairly recently taken advantage of the ToDo List database in Lotus Notes. It helps to add tasks there instead of building up in the Inbox. I've got my inbox under control using many of these techniques Tim suggests. Good New Year's resolution to keep it up.
